Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had all that is needed to give a very comfortable stay, despite some issues like the cold mornings and dampness. The service was exceptional with a friendly and efficient staff. The location was very convenient for transportation and events, with nice views of a secret garden. The dining experience offered good food but lacked variety in certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were basic but spacious, and the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for visiting Cheshire Oaks and Chester Zoo.
For our overnight stay, the rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, ideal for sleeping. However, there was some noise at night from the kitchen below and other guests, and the lighting made it a bit challenging to read. The service was very helpful and pleasant, with staff being delightful, helpful, and friendly. The location, while having nice decor and cleanliness, could benefit from better soundproofing and more professionalism. The dining experience offered an enjoyable evening meal but was disappointing with some of the breakfast items. Overall, the hotel shows promise in its facilities but lacks some key touches to be truly exceptional.
